is an email receipt. :).

Should a recount be desired, the Recount Button below will be activated,
allowing recount instruction emails to be sent
to everyone in a precinct, or an entire state.
You can also advertise recounts in other ways, if desired.
With voter permission, voter email addresses could be released for recount purposes only.

All that is needed is a recount email address
for voters to forward their final vote confirmation emails.
Any email program can be used to search, sort, and print the votes for recount at
that point.
